So much so that we actually moved from the bar and never went back to him. There was one bartender who was super rude to a customer.
We got room service a couple times and it was fast. Our room was on the 10th floor and the room was really big! Huge windows with a view of downtown and big bathroom. They have restaurants on the top floor but we did not go up to them. GREAT! They have a whole food court attached to the hotel with some places to grab a quick bite or sit down for some food. We were also told they give a complimentary shuttle to and from all sports games. The hotel is very cool looing from the outside, and our room was ready when we got there early at 1pm.
From the minute we got here I was super impressed.
